In order to install TRex via the update site when your internet access is routed through an HTTP proxy, you must configure Eclipse with your proxy details. This information can be found in your browser settings.

The details should be entered on the Install/Update section of Eclipse preferences (available from Eclipse at Windows -> Preferences).
